IABCA is pleased to announce Sunny Homes ACT, Director of The Splendor Homes as a finalist for the SME of the year Award Category for the 2023 IABCA Awards.
Sunny Homes builds quality custom homes in and around ACT. They have completed over 150 quality homes since conception. They want to nominate ourselves for the Small Business category to be recognized for the hard work the company and its employees have done over the years to be where we are today. The company started with a one-person show, Naveen Malhotra, and today, in the short span of 6 years, we are a team of 22 and growing with 150 quality, built, completed custom homes. Sunny Homes genuinely feels that this award would motivate the team.
